Our manager tells you the number of the consignment note in an SMS message. The cost of delivery for delivery up to 1000 UAH according to the tariffs of the postal service, over 1000 UAH - free of charge.
• To the CIS countries the goods are sent by Ukrposhta, the parcel takes 10-25 days to arrive.

Payment

• Shipping in Ukraine - payment on the PrivatBank card, the details will be specified by the manager.
• Delivery to CIS countries - 100% prepayment, including shipping cost, any convenient money transfer system (Contact, Unistream, Western Union, Gold Crown).

According to the «Law on Consumer Rights Protection» exchange and return is possible within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the order to the client. A prerequisite for the exchange and return is that the clothes were not in use, and has all accompanying documents (labels, packaging, etc.), as well as documents confirming the fact of payment (consignment note, courier’s receipt).

In case of exchange and return the cost of delivery is paid by the customer.

In Kyiv the goods are returned by the customer to the address specified by us.

After receiving the returned goods, Dolcedonna transfers the sum to the credit card, account or to the name of the recipient.
