- fill all required fields, specify payment and delivery method, complete purchase
- pay for the goods and/or wait for the manager to call to confirm and clarify the order.

Cash on delivery

This payment method is available only if you arrange delivery of goods in advance in the amount of 200 UAH on the territory of Ukraine. Payment is made by bank transfer to the specified banking details. Please contact us to agree on this payment method or specify this payment method when placing an order.

Payment by bank transfer

When paying by bank transfer, you will receive details for payment to a current account. This is a simple way to pay for an order through any banking. Payment can be made:

- in the branch of your bank (during working hours);

- using a payment terminal (round the clock);

by transfer from another card account or bank card.

You can order a fitting at one of our shops. See the addresses and contacts of the shops HERE. Delivery of goods to the store occurs on Tuesday and Friday. Delivery time - up to 7 days. The store can be ordered no more than 5 units of goods. Upon receipt of the order, the store informs the buyer at the specified phone contact number of the order readiness. The reserve is reserved for the buyer after receipt of the order no more than 3 days. Shipping in Ukraine

Delivery in Kiev and other cities of Ukraine is carried out by courier service Nova Poshta within 3 (three) working days. The goods are delivered to the representative office of the company where you live. If your settlement does not have a transport company representative office, the order will be delivered to the nearest district center. In some cities of Ukraine you can order targeted delivery of goods, «to the door» of the buyer. To clarify the delivery method, the manager of our online store will contact you in advance. Shipping cost in Ukraine is up to 3000 UA - at rates of delivery service, more than 3000 UA - free of charge 


Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are accepted and processed on Monday.

After confirmation of the order, if payment is not received within 3 days - the order is canceled.





According to the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection», Article 9, the buyer has the right to refuse the goods or to exchange at any time before their delivery by courier, and after transfering within 14 days, provided that all labels and documents are fully preserved, confirming the purchase. During this period, the иuyer is obliged to notify the store manager of his decision, in writing to [email protected] or by phone +38 (067) 333-11-65. The value of the goods will be returned to the buyer within 14 days from the moment of receipt by the online store of the returned goods. The return is at the expense of the buyer.

How to return purchased goods?


To return the goods it is enough to call our manager by phone +38 (067) 333-11-65 or send an email to [email protected]. Return of the goods is possible in case if its presentation (packaging, labels), consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods (commodity or cash cheque) is preserved, it is also not allowed to affix inscriptions on the package.

Important! The goods listed in the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine 172 from 19.03.1994 are not subject to return: hats, gloves, hosiery, etc. If the goods are received in error or the goods are not in conformity with the order, the buyer has the right to refuse the goods and the costs of delivery are paid by the shop. A good is considered a marriage if it has visible or latent damage. In case of delivery with payment on delivery, please check the goods at the branch of Nova Poshta.

Return procedure


To easily get a refund, please follow the instructions:

Pack up the goods you want to return, the waybill, all the boxes, labels and labels.

Within 14 days from the day of the order, deliver the returned goods in any of the following ways:

- By Nova Poshta (address and recipient informs the manager). Cost: at the expense of the recipient.

We may refuse to return goods of appropriate quality if:

- this product is included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange and return;

- the product is not complete (no tags, labels, and so on. N.);

- there are traces of use on the product (abrasion, sweat and so on. N.).

In case you are refused a refund, we send back the goods at the buyer’s expense. In case of refusal to pick up the goods, it is stored in the warehouse Nova Poshta and then disposed of.

Money back policy


Refunds are made within 10 working days after receipt of the goods in our warehouse (refund) and our confirmation of refund.

We try to satisfy our customers' wishes as much as possible. In case of doubt when choosing the desired size, you can specify specific measurements of the product from our manager, if they are not specified in the description of the product. If, for any reason, the goods you ordered did not fit the size, contact our manager to decide whether to replace the goods with the required size.
