Description of the Bonus program.

Bonuses are calculated bonus units credited to the Participant's Bonus account in accordance with the rules of the program. Bonuses do not have a cash expression and do not give the Participant the right to receive them in monetary equivalent.

Bonus account – the account of the Participant's Card, on which operations with Bonuses are carried out.

The period of validity of Bonuses credited to the Participant's Bonus account for the purchase of goods is 180 days from the date of their accrual.

Active bonuses – bonuses credited to the Participant's Bonus account in an active status.

The program participant can use Active bonuses to partially pay for purchases in accordance with the Program Rules. At the same time, the Program Participant has the right to make a partial payment in the amount of no more than 30% of the purchase price.

Inactive bonuses – bonuses credited to the Participant's Bonus account, which are in an inactive status and are not available for use by the Program Participant.

Inactive bonuses accrued for purchases become active after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Privileges of the Bonus program

• When purchasing over UAH 2,000 with one check, the buyer is issued a card and a bonus account is opened.
• When accumulating an amount from UAH 5,000 to UAH 10,000, 5% of the purchase amount is credited to the Participant's Bonus account.
• When accumulating an amount from UAH 10,000 to UAH 70,000 - 10% of the purchase amount is credited to the Participant's Bonus account.
• When accumulating an amount of UAH 70,000 or more, 15% of the purchase amount is credited to the Participant's Bonus account.

Birthday gift - fixed discount of 10%. Privileges are valid 2 days before the Birthday and 2 days after the Birthday. When making a purchase, you must present an official document (passport, driver's license). The Birthday discount cannot be combined with the Bonus card and does not apply to promotional products and products with a special offer.

Pay attention:

• The bonus program is valid throughout the retail network of the "Dolcedonna" brand and applies only to the "Dolcedonna" line.
• Bonuses do not apply and are not credited to discounted goods and goods sold as part of a special offer.

* Special offer - product, for which a special price is set (promotional goods and promotional offers).

** Discounted product - a product with a non-critical defect for which a special price has been set.
