Returns and guarantees
According to the «Law on Consumer Rights Protection» exchange and return is possible within 14 days from the moment of delivery of the order to the client. A prerequisite for the exchange and return is that the clothes were not in use, and has all accompanying documents (labels, packaging, etc.), as well as documents confirming the fact of payment (consignment note, courier’s receipt).
In case of exchange and return the cost of delivery is paid by the customer.
In Kyiv the goods are returned by the customer to the address specified by us.
