Ordering


To make a purchase in our online store, follow these steps:
1. Choose a product and the desired size;
2. Click the “Buy” button to add the item to your cart;
3. Add more products if needed;
4. Go to your cart, check your items, and click “Checkout”;
5. Fill in all required fields, choose a payment and delivery method, and complete your order;
6. Make the payment or wait for a call from our manager to confirm your order.

Payment


We offer several convenient payment methods:
1. Full Online Payment
Pay for your order securely on our website using your bank card.
2. Cash on Delivery (Ukraine only)
Pay in cash upon receiving the package at a Nova Poshta branch or from the courier. Available only within Ukraine.
3. Bank Transfer
You may pay via bank transfer using the account details provided by our manager. You can complete the payment via:
-your bank’s office;
-a self-service terminal;
-online banking/card transfer.

Please contact our manager to confirm this payment method.

Delivery


1. In-store Pickup
You can request your order to be delivered to one of our physical stores for fitting. Delivery is made on Tuesdays and Fridays, and takes up to 7 days. You may order up to 5 items per shipment. You will be notified by phone when your order is ready. Reservation is held for 3 days and can be extended upon request.
2. Delivery within Ukraine
We deliver via Nova Poshta within 3 business days. Door-to-door delivery is available in some cities. Shipping fees are based on the carrier’s rates.
3. International Delivery
We ship worldwide. For shipping costs and timelines, please contact our manager — we’ll help you choose the best delivery option for your location.


IMPORTANT!


Orders not paid for within 3 days of confirmation will be cancelled.


Returns


According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” Article 9, you may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
-the item retains its original condition;
-all tags, labels, and purchase documents are intact.

How to initiate a return:

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense;
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Returns may be denied if:
the item is listed among non-returnable goods;
original labels or packaging are missing, or the item shows signs of wear.
If the return is denied, we will ship the item back at your expense. If not claimed, it will be stored by Nova Poshta and later disposed of.
